MR. NG CHENG CHUAN

Mr. Ng Cheng Chuan was appointed as a Non Executive and Non Independent Director on 14 October 2009, and on 27 February 2014 was appointed as the Chairman. He is the Chairman of Crossland Marketing (2000) Pte Ltd and several other companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand dealing mainly with soft commodities, farming and warehousing. Mr Ng has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of sales and purchases of soft commodities.



YBHG. DATUK (DR.) PHILIP TING DING ING
Deputy Chairman

YBhg. Datuk (Dr) Philip Ting was appointed to the Board of Ibraco Group on 1 April 2001. Datuk (Dr.) Ting holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in Accounting, as well as a Doctorate of the University (Honoris Causa) from Swiburne University of Technology, Australia.  He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. An Australian chartered accountant, Datuk (Dr.) Philip Ting was in public practice for 17 years beginning with Touche Ross & Co in Australia in 1973 and ending as a Partner of Arthur Anderson & Co/Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad in Malaysia.  From 1991 to 1994, he was Chief Executive Officer of Sarawak Securities Sdn Bhd, a major stock-broking company in Malaysia and from 1994 to 1998, he was Group Managing Director of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad, a diversified conglomerate in Malaysia.  During his working career, he spent a significant amount of time in Australia, the United States of America and in countries throughout Southeast Asia. Datuk (Dr.) Philip Ting currently sits on the Board of Encorp Berhad and a number of private companies with business interests throughout Australia beside Ibraco Berhad.
