URGENT Job Vacancy Available : Sales and Marketing Executive (2 vacancies)

Responsibilities

• To assist in the formulating and implementing of sales/marketing strategies/plans.
• Carry out market survey on competitors, market research to keep abreast with the current trends/marketing data and analysis.
• Coordinate and implement marketing related activities such as promotional events, exhibitions, road shows, sales launching etc.
• Monitor outstanding payment from purchasers.
• To diligently service the Group’s customers and property buyers and to ensure that assistance to all loan applications are given and that all complaints are duly entertained immediately.
• To ensure agreements and loan documentations are executed and stamped on timely manner in order to ensure invoices and progress claims are billed timely.

Job Specifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Self motivated and committed to the job.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills and customer service skills.
• Require languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia (Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage).
