HANDING OVER OF VACANT POSSESSION / PROPERTY

 

Letter of Handing Over of Vacant Possession
Upon completion of your unit, we will send to you a Letter of Handing Over of Vacant Possession notifying you to take vacant possession. This will normally be accompanied by an Occupation Permit and you will be given a grace period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the letter to settle all outstanding bills and other charges before collecting the house keys.

In nearly all cases, the final payment will be made by your end-financier and the house keys will only be released UPON FULL RECEIPT OF ALL MONEYS from your end-financier.
